Righteousness exalts a nation…

…but sin is a reproach to any people.

Opponents of the Deep State both in the USA and here are wondering why President Trump has “turned on a dime” from demanding full transparency on the Jeffery Epstein affair to showing every sign of covering it up, from doctored prison videos to denying there is even anything to investigate. Lawyer and commentator Robert Barnes provides what, to me, is the most plausible explanation for the change here.

It’s not that Trump himself is incriminated (or else, as Barnes points out, he would scarcely have pushed so hard for the investigation in the first place), though it’s not impossible that fake evidence has been assembled to intimidate him. More likely, says Barnes, is that Epstein was an asset of the Deep State’s Intelligence Services, trafficking young working class girls in order to assemble compromising information on influential people so as to control them, and thereby world affairs. Now, the most likely Intelligence Services to be involved in such a plan, given the facts on the ground and the link, through Ghislaine Maxwell, to her father Robert Maxwell, are the CIA, MI6, and Mossad.

Barnes reasons that Trump has been shown that almost any revelation is likely to provide a thread to be disentangled by the public. The world would then see proof that the Governments of the US, Britain and Israel sponsored the sexual exploitation of minors – who were also US citizens – as mere disposable bait, and then murdered the chief facilitator, and probably whistleblowers too, to prevent the exposure of their plan. And that would result in the collapse of trust in the whole Western system, at a time when Israel in particular is fighting for her very survival against a propaganda onslaught. And how then could Trump make America great?

Now I love America and Americans for their constitution, their national character, their music, and providing me with many friends (as well as for publishing my books). I love Israel and Israelis from a fortnight doing archaeology there, and from friendships, for their democracy, and for being the olive-tree into which, as a gentile Christian, I have been grafted. And for rather obvious reasons, I love Britain and the British people. But if God spared President Trump from a bullet in the head, as he believes, in order to clean up the rot in America, he’s not going to do so by leaving State-sponsored rape, murder, and blackmail to govern the country and the wider world. That would be like suppressing the truth about the murder of an elected President by Deep State operators… oh, right.

And should decent English people be happy that shadowy Government operators connived at treating innocent children as unwitting entrapment cannon-fodder, and yet continue in power? And should Israeli citizens, genuinely (as I believe) fighting for a more moral world, tolerate such dirty tricks from their Intelligence service lacking any apparent moral boundaries, even if exposure would be one more blow against their nation? Will this business exalt any of these nations, or become, by the inexorable justice of God, a reproach to all of them?

Then again, I have been watching Paul Burgess’s excellent three-part documentary on Tommy Robinson (start here). The same kind of publicly-funded forces – politicians, intelligence services, police, judiciary, prison services, press – have without any doubt conspired not only to silence his exposure of the rape and torture of English children on an industrial scale over several decades, but to silence him by every foul means including attempting to engineer his death. The main means, of course, has been to manufacture his image, by propaganda and censorship of truth, into an Emmanuel Goldstein bogeyman. I didn’t even need interviews with the man himself to suspect that I was being manipulated a few years ago, when I realised that I had never been permitted by the media to hear the most evil man in the world say anything evil.

The success of the State’s strategy is shown by how many people address related issues by saying, “I detest Tommy Robinson’s approach, though I don’t know much about him.” What you think you know about him, Friend, is what you have been conditioned to think.

Now, the State’s vendetta against Robinson is only one easily-assimilated facet of the vendetta against thousands of young girls, against a host of less public whistleblowers intimidated or cancelled into silence, and against the people of the nation, particularly in those neighbourhoods where the truth is all too obvious. It’s a vendetta against all that is virtuous, as well.

The mealy-mouthed reason given for the lies, abuse, corruption, censorship and so on is “to maintain community relations,” that is to allow the Pakistani (mainly, but Afghanis are hot on their heels) Muslim enclaves to practise perverted and satanic jihad unhindered, whilst compounding the problem by suppressing truth and by escalating Muslim immigration. As in the case of Epstein, at least as important a motive is to cover up the silencers’ own corruption: the social services facilitating the gangs, the policemen belonging to them, the councils run by them, and the Westminster villains chasing their votes.

Once more, though, the full exposure of the scandal, from the arrest of rape victims to the vindictive incarceration of Tommy Robinson in high-security solitary confinement for a civil offence, might well explode the whole polity of this country, and that would not be a pretty sight. But it would be a righteous exposure of evil (which, according to God’s word) exalts a nation, whereas the current cesspit of corruption is a reproach not only in the sight of the world, but of God himself. What more abomination does it take for a nation to “vomit out its inhabitants”?

I remember (and remind us all, especially any Israeli readers) of Israel’s greatest king, David, who succumbed to the temptation of the powerful to treat people – in this case Uriah the Hittite – as a mere State commodity, murdered to cover the embarrassment of David’s own immoral procurement of Uriah’s wife, Bath-Sheba. David’s rapid repentance under the prophet Nathan’s condemnation gained him forgiveness, so that even the Messiah is not ashamed to be called his Son. But the price of that redemption – both for David and the nation – was not only the death of his illicit child, but public exposure and constant political turmoil from then on in his reign, and the subsequent loss of most of the kingdom on the death of his heir, Solomon. “This turn of events,” says the Bible, “was from the Lord.”

God is not mocked, and was so concerned that the nation of Israel should survive as “the apple of his eye” that he nipped David’s Machiavellian spirit in the bud at the start, even if it meant the tarnishing of David’s reputation and trouble for the regime. Unlike our political establishment (including, it seems, President Trump unless he be enlightened) God shows no sign of allowing governments and their intelligence services to trample on morality for the sake of internal peace or international prestige. Lancing an abscess is traumatic, but is a whole lot better than death from gangrene.

Yes, one wonders if the looming lebanisation of the UK is not divine judgment. Compared to which a bit of international humiliation would be a walk in the park.

I also agree that it is far more likely that the CIA is involved than Mossad. Or rather, it is far more likely that a US coverup is motivated by CIA involvement than because “The Jews” control the US.

The problem with divine judgment on a country-level scale is that it’s not exactly surgical strikes. Even the prophets who saw it coming get swept away.

Agree on all points. It is nowadays necessary to combat the Jew-haters and stress that to suggest that Israeli Intelligence might succumb to the same tendencies as the Five Eyes is entirely different from saying the Jews control America, Candace Owens notwithstanding.
