God’s Good Earth – Chapter 5: Creation Fell in 1500

Here is a link to chapter 5 of my book.

Section 2 forms the original core of the book, in which the development of the doctrine of a fallen Creation from an original Christian teaching that was very different, is traced in some detail.

It is selective, as all summaries must be, but was a genuine attempt to find the views of as many of the serious theologians of the early Church, in particular, as possible. In other words I have tried to present their actual views, rather than distort their interpretation of the Scriptures, and that is why many of the quotations are fairly long passages. In some case I could have quoted much more to the same effect.

    Hello,

I would really like to read this, but the links are dead. Do you have it available somewhere else?

    Thanks

Hi buckbc, and welcome to the Hump.

I would really like for you to read it too! I took it offline when I got an offer of publication earlier in the year. The book is currently reaching the proofreading stage with Cascade Books, so I’m hopeful it will be coming out maybe at the end of the year or the beginning of next.

      Please be patient!

      Jon
